During this 4 hour hands on workshop you will learn some practical tips on how, where and when to prune certain types of plants for shaping and or taking material to propagate. The workshop will also cover collecting and growing from seed, taking cuttings, layering, aerial grafting and other ways to grow new plants

Propagation and Pruning for Beginners

‘Propagation and Pruning for Beginners’   During this 2-3 hour hands-on workshop you will learn some practical tips on how, where and when to prune certain types of plants for shaping and/or taking material to propagate. The workshop will also cover collecting seeds, seed raising, taking cuttings, root division, aerial grafting and other ways to grow new plants.

Date:     Saturday 6th September 2014.

Location:   18 Hawk Lane, Pomona QLD. 3 Minutes drive North out of Pomona off the Pomona-Kin Kin Rd (see map for directions on website www.oneeartheducation.com.au ).

Time:   9am-11.30am.

What to bring:   Hat and Gloves.

Cost:   $25 per person (children under 5 free).    Please note: A $10 deposit is required at the time of booking. Workshop does not include any notes.
